Customs Clearance or Clear Customs: 통관 To clear customs so a product may enter the country.
Example #1:

Our products have to go through Customs Clearance.

E: It will take about 3 to 5 days

Dialogue #2:
J: Can we start the customs clearance prior to arrival of our products?
